Prices:
Prices range between €75.00 and €103.00 depending on the season.
Final cleaning and linen packages, heating, electricity and water are included in the price.
Dogs are welcome, but we charge a one-time service fee of €15 per dog.
If you book for 3 weeks, we offer a discount: book 21 days and pay for 18.
Winter season (December to March) 103,-€
Summer time (April to October) 95,-€
Autumn offer (November) 75,-€
A tourist tax of €2.50 per person aged 15 and over per day is charged in Schmallenberg-Westfeld. The price of the tourist card includes, among other things, free bus travel on public transport, free entry to the Sauerlandbad in Bad Fredeburg, THIKOS Kinderland in Schmallenberg and much more. Further information about the Sauerland Card can be found on the website of the Westfeld Tourist Association.
Deposit: 20% ------ after conclusion of contract
Final payment: 80% ------ 3 weeks before arrival
If the stay is cancelled and the holiday apartment can no longer be re-rented, you will be charged the following costs:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation and refund of the deposit
- 29 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the rental cost
- 13 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
